Company Search

At the core of Extruct AI is a powerful search engine that lets you find companies by almost any parameter.

Think of it as instructing a highly skilled assistant to locate specific companies using natural language - that’s exactly how our search works.

Here are a few examples to inspire you or serve as great starting points for your research:

• Plywood companies with their own production facilities operating in the European Union
• AI startups founded after 2023 by Harvard graduates
• Venture funds in Iberia focused on early-stage startups, with a minimum pre-seed check of $200k, investing in life science & healthcare

The more details you add to describe your ideal company profile, the more accurate your results will be. At the same time, try to avoid overly broad queries like “SaaS startups” or “electronics manufacturers.” Providing additional context will significantly refine your outcomes.

Custom Scoring Criteria

Enhance your search by adding criteria to filter results faster and more effectively. Each criterion helps you get quick answers about a company.

Each criterion will launch an Extruct AI agent to grade the companies uniquely for you.
Remember, every criterion is expressed as a percentage: 100% means “Yes“ and 0% means “Absolutely No“

Filters

Every Criteria can be used as a Filter.

• Click on a Criteria to show only companies that 100% match it.
• Click again to display campaigns that don’t match the Criteria.
• Combine multiple Filters to refine your search even further.

Data Points

Enhance your search results by adding any company data available online.
Click the “+“ button on the company card, describe the information you need, and let Extruct AI do the rest.

Table View

Every search has a Table View. The Table View allows you to explore data and manage your companies more effectively. It unlocks advanced functionality such as filtering, custom data point configurations, and precise criteria management.

To get started, simply click “Table View“ in the top-right corner of your screen.

Find Decision Makers

With every campaign you create, locating decision makers is simple.
Switch to Table View, click Table Actions, and in the opened drawer, choose Find Decision Makers. Then, enter the titles of the people you're searching for.

LLM Columns - Language Models Inside the Table

Extruct AI brings the power of large language models right into your tables.
Use it to summarize company data from multiple columns or even generate custom company reports in your desired format.

Adding an LLM column is simple:

• Open the table and click the “Add Column“ button.
• Switch to Advanced Mode in the popup.
• Select “LLM“ as the column type.
• Describe your needs in the Prompt field and add company context by clicking “Insert Full Row Context“.
• And finally click “Add & Run“.

That's it! Your table just got smarter.

Table Filters

Every table has built-in powerful filters to make your work easier.
To get started, click on the filter icon above the table, select a column to filter, and configure the filter settings. You can also combine multiple filters to get more precise results.

Table Tags

To better organize your tables, add tags to them. You can add tags either at the table list level or directly inside the table.

Export to CSV

Any data created with Extruct AI can be easily exported to a CSV file. Simply click the Export button in the top-right corner of the search or table screen.
